Prototype system for monitoring of rotor blades in industrial fan operation

The prototype system for monitoring rotor blades in IF operation consists of a sensing unit, a data transmission and preprocessing unit, and a control and data server with remote access. Developed diagnostic methods have been implemented in the prototype device in the form of software modules. The prototype has been tested and validated in the long-term operation of industrial fans. Prototype tests focused primarily on the functionality, reliability, and durability of the device for long-term blade monitoring in industrial fan operation.

The prototype was developed as part of the project iFanMon with the support of TA ČR (programme THÉTA, project TK04020200).
