Abstrakt
The contribution deals with an estimation of directly immeasurable queue lengths on an intersection by means of various estimation techniques. It is supposed that majority of intersections arms are equipped by inductive detectors measuring intensity of traffic flow and occupancy of the detector. Firstly, the design of a microregion model is recalled and various on-line estimation techniques are briefly introduced and discussed. Then, the estimation techniques are applied to the traffic problem to compare their estimation performance and computational demands with respect to the needs of the traffic problem.

Příspěvek se zabývá odhadem neměřitelných kolon čekajících aut na křižovatce za pomoci různých technik odhadu stavu. Jsou zde předpokládány křižovatky, jejichž ramena jsou vybaveny indukčními detektory. Nejprve je v příspěvku stručně představena technika návrhu matematického modelu křižovatky a jsou představeny některé metody odhadu stavu. Metody odhadu stavu jsou pak použity na úlohu odhadu délek neměřitelných kolon a jsou srovnány jak z hlediska kvality odhadu tak i z hlediska výpočetní náročnosti.
