Abstract

Chlorophyll fluorescence is a powerful optical reporter signal yielding information about modulation of the light use efficiency. In standard imaging applications, fluorescence transients are captured in 2 spatial dimensions and in time. Here, we demonstrate that it is possible to combine the information obtained in the 2D-t format to 3D reconstruction of the entire plant in a process called co-registration.
