Abstract
The presented paper describes a new false alarms reduction technique in a keyword spotting system. The technique is based on comparison of keyword hits, given by the keyword spotting system with respecting keyword score, keyword boundaries, and phoneme composition. This technique enables us to decrease the number of false alarms by up to 50 % while decreasing the detection rate only by 5 %.
