Abstract
Described system allows to build a target class hierarchy in which the dialogues in spoken language will be classified. This target classes can be obtained from existing statistics from current DTMF IVR systems (Interactive Voice Response). This system allows the analysis of absolute and relative frequencies of distinct target classes. The definition of target classes is the basis for spoken dialogue systems, which are meant to replace the existing IVR systems.
